Zenfone VOLTE option missing after update issue, Many user facing the volte option got removed from latest updates even it is Zenfone, or Rog phones they faced this issue lot and due to this issue they are not able to connect anyone properly via call.
Update – As of Now, There are much cheaper Smartphones also available which comes with VoLTE option.
VoLTE Enabling via the below Settings is not working anymore.
No worry we are here to help you to out from this issue it's Very easy steps and simple steps to fix it. Just go through below mentioned steps one by one it will resolved your issue.
Step 1:-
Firstly open your dialer and type this *#*#3642623344#*#* after that restart the device and then check it work for most cases but in case in your device it not prompt any response no worry we have more steps to fix it.
Steps 2:-
Go to [Settings]
Choose [Network & internet]
Choose [Mobile network]
Choose [SIM Where you get the issue of Volte option]
Click on [APN settings]
Reset [APN settings]
Then check for [Volte] to use Volte service and select [Perferred network type] include 4G, then check [SIM 2] same as this setting.
Mostly above steps get you the VOLTE service and it will enable it, but still you are getting the same issue then let's check with Next steps to fix it.
Steps 3:-
Try to check with safe mode and then check with SMMI test which is under in calculator :-
1) Access safe mode via press and holding the power key.
2) Tap and hold "POWER OFF" option.
3)Then it will prompt that tap ok to access safe mode window.Then your device will reboot and you will get safe mode option in your device.
4) then perform SMMI test :- open calculator and enter .12345+= Which is basically (decimal12345+=).
5) Then it will be redirected to hardware test application please do all the hardware test on by one it will take maximum 15 min.
For most user the above steps works for them and they also given positive response on it.
In case if still it you are getting same issue in your device then the final steps is you have to downgrade the device to previous version or you have to hardware reset your device, will sahre you the both link to perform it.
